Buena vs Dos Pueblos Recap

A defensive battle...The Buena Bulldogs' first away game ends in 7 - 7 a tie with Dos Pueblos. A great pass and catch from QB Blake Eberhard to TE Jaden Byars set up the short yardage run for Carson Hofferbert to put 6 on the board for the Bulldogs. Followed up by a smooth PAT from Tyler Jaitt. A swarming defense and solid tackles from CB Christian Quezada and LB Wyatt Bellanger, among others, kept the Bulldogs in front until a late 4th quarter sideline pass led to a Chargers' score. Their PAT tied it up and left just enough time for a final dramatic Bulldog drive. Drew Baker hauled in a nice pass to help get close to the End Zone, however, time expired before Buena could punch in the go-ahead score.
