Home Opener Win

The Mona Shores Boys Basketball team started the season off against the visiting West Ottawa Panthers by erupting to a 25-12 first quarter lead. With a short bench due to injury and illness the Sailors fought on to prevail over the last three quarters. Every healthy player played and helped secure the win. Leading the Sailors was sophomore Jordan Bledsoe with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Sophomore Jonathan Pittman added a double double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. JT Foster added 8, Mason Hallett, Freshman Ryan Opsommer and Madden Flanders added 6 each with Chrishawn Chapman adding 5. Great team victory Sailors
