Marietta, OH — Marietta Tigers Varsity struggled to get their offense going on Monday, getting easily dispatched by Fort Frye, 11-3. Fort Frye got on the board in the first inning. Miller surrendered three runs on eight hits over seven innings, striking out six. Laumann took the loss for Marietta Tigers Varsity. The southpaw lasted six innings, allowing seven hits and eight runs while striking out five and walking one. Laumann went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Marietta Tigers Varsity in hits.
