Nazareth, PA — The JV boys took on the Nazareth Blue Eagles on Wednesday afternoon. Freedom got on the board early to take a 4-0 lead after a Renshaw double that tallied 2 RBI's followed by two hit batters each scoring a run. Nazareth then took the game by the horns tallying 16 runs with and outburst of 13 hits, discipline in the batters box lead to an additional 11 walks, and defensively they did not record a single error. Fancera, Stofanak, and Renshaw each recorded one of the three hits for Freedom on the rain drenched afternoon. Serrano took the mound to start the game and went two innings, giving up no runs and striking out three Blue Eagles.
