Bethlehem, PA — Each of the starting nine for Freedom recorded at least one hit on Tuesday against East Stroudsburg North. The Patriots started the offense early scoring 8 run in their half of the first inning. Ledee led it off line a double in the right center gap. Phillips would follow that up a couple batters later with another double, scoring Suarez, to bring the led to 3-0. RBI singles from Kullman, Heineman, and Cobb rounded out the offense in the 1st. Heineman got the start for Freedom on the mound. He struck out the side in the first inning and would go on the flex his dominance recording 6 strikeouts in just 3 innings surrendering 0 hits. Freedoms offense would go on to record 13 hits on the day scoring 15 runs which would end the game after only 3 innings due to the mercy rule. The Pates look to take this momentum into the rematch of a rivalry game against Liberty on Thursday at DeSales University.
