Huntington Beach, CA — We were on the wrong side of the white wash, unfortunately. Remember in Segerstrom recap, I mentioned we would revisit the First Serve entrance aspect of this event... here it is, no excuses. Marina had 2 players with 7.3 UTR and above. They would be my #3 and #4 players on my varsity. This is a tough row to hoe with a jv team. We look forward to playing them in CIF though AND plan on bringing back this identical squad [save Logan] next year. I didn't even write the scores down, but, our boys played hard! GO LIONS !
