2nd Half Defense Leads The Way for JV!
The Ravens traveled down to Santa Clara to take on Wilcox HS. Our Sequoia JV has put together some solid games in the pre-season, narrowly missing out on wins. Today they jumped to the win column, defeating Wilcox 31-13. The defense was stellar all game, holding Wilcox JV to 13 points. In the 2nd half, the defense had Wilcox in a choke hold as Sequoia JV only allowed 1 point. The Ravens defense was led by Estrella Rivera, Keiran Hennelly, and Jess Carrera. On offense, Annie Gottshall dominated with 24 points with 11 made field goals.
