Mt. Pleasant Game 1
Savannah Shultz definitely showed her senior strength tonight! She rang up 12 strikeouts helping cinch the win over Mt. Pleasant 10-0 with Ella Stevenson behind the plate. Schultz gave up one hit and zero runs over six innings. GB jumped out to the lead in the top of the second inning after Zoey Beard singled. Kate Mitchell provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led our team with two runs batted in. Shultz, Hannah Johnson, and Mitchell each collected two hits, and the Bobcats didn't commit a single error in the field.
