Wachusett JV Outlasts Algonquin in First Meeting
Wachusett faced-off against Algonquin Friday, December 26th. Wachusett goaltender Evan Pereira made key stops in the first two periods allowing the team to find their post-holiday footing. Sophomore Abe Smith broke open the scoring early in the third period. Algonquin and Wachusett then traded goals, but Wachusett was able to outlast Algonquin to win 3 to 2.
