Falcon see improvement but not in the score
The Falcons started the game off right with a recovery on the opening kickoff. Senior Thomas Martinez kicked the ball off a defender and Armando Gurolla recovered. The falcon offense stalled out on the 45 yard line and had to punt. The Falcon defense held the Spartans to 240 yards total offense Friday night. 119 yards on the ground (with one play of 53 yards) and 121 passing yards. Ben Kearns also got the first interception of the year for the Falcons. The Falcons also had 5 tackles for loss and 4 pass break ups.
