The game started with some solid pitching and defense from both teams. Highlighting the first inning was a smoooooth play by ms. Rylee Thurmond at shortstop with nice footwork and a perfect throw to get the out. after 1 inning of play the score was knotted up at 0-0. La Mirada was knocking on the door with bases loaded when Destyni hit a screaming line drive right into the shorts stops glove. In the third inning Lylah started it off with a bomb to left field that popped out of the fielders glove and ended up with two bases for. Unfortunately, she was then thrown out at third trying to steal. Great throw and catch from PYL to get the speedster. PYL ended the 3rd tacking on another run to make the score 3-0. With time running out La Mirada was able to get bases loaded with no outs, scoring one run. the game was called due to time once again which ended La Miradas' hopes for a comeback victory. Alll in all, the game was well played on both side leaving PYL the victors with a 3 - 1 victory.
