Pico Rivera, CA — After a shaky start and trialing for the 1st three quarters, but never out of it, the Wildcats started the 4th period down by 3. The Wildcats were able to pull out a win with strong defensive play in the 2nd half, with Tyler Kam having 6 steals, and 12 points in the 2nd half. He also lead the team in scoring with 18 points. However, overall the Wildcats still need to work on eliminating turnovers of their own, and better free throw shooting as they went 11/20 from the line. The Cats will also need to improve on their 3 pt. shooting if they want to be a contender, as they went 3/16 on their 3 point shooting.
