Congratulations to the Bridgeport Boy's Basketball Teams on a District Championship over Birch Run HS.
On the Bearcats senior night these young men came out to play by taking ccare of John Glenn HS. The Bearcats was lead by several players. Khalil Cliff & De'Terrion Winters both had 16 points. Torry Burt had 14 points, and Jhrinea Harris and Fransco Lee Jr. & Zayln Martin all had 12 points.
The Bearcats was lead by Fransco Lee Jr. with 18 points, Khalil Cliff & Torry Burt had 11 points each. Jeremiah Harris had 9 points and Zayln Martin had 6 points to help the Bearcats outlast Garber in a tought fight tonight.
The Bearcats was up 25-18 @ the half then in the 2nd half they turnt up the defensive pressure and never looked back. Going on a 20-8 run in the third sparked by a big dunk by Fransco Lee Jr. and the hustle and aggressive defense all over the court they beat Garber physically and mentally tonight. The Bearcats was lead by Khalil Cliff with 17 points and 10 rebounds, Torrion Burt had 15 points , Jhirnea Harris had 8 points and 7 rebounds. Zayln Martin had 6 points and 10 rebounds as well. Keyshawn White and Fransco Lee both with 6 points as well. Next up a rematch with Freeland HS. on Friday night.
