Vision You can't make the play you can't see. I've always viewed Vision as the "cheat code" of sports Performance. Vision allows us to have better perception of SPACE and TIME...it influences REACTION TIME and the ability to MAKE A PLAY on the field. Yet I've found it too often UNDER TRAINED. Sure some athletes INSTINCTUALLY USE their eyes better. But it's not like they literally have better eye sight. Vision is a skill and it CAN be trained (Law of Specificity). You guys have probably heard me say "Lead with the Eyes". Why? Because vision and Sound are the fastest senses in our body. Our eyes also allow us to organize proper position and angles in REAL TIME.
