Saturday July 22nd, the Lancers competed in the Sharkfest Passing Tournament held at Santiago High School. The Lancers went undefeated in Pool play going 3-0 defeating Santiago B 28-7, Norte Vista 27-3 (Division 9) and Paloma Valley 25-16 (Division 7). The Lancers earned 1st round bye and later played /defeated Palm Desert 35-0 (Division 6). The Lancer competed against a tough Ramona HS (Division 6) team losing in the quarterfinals 23-31.

First, I want to thank the coaching staff and players for representing Western Christian Fighting Lancers extremely well. Our goal is always 1st and foremost to represent Christ…. In His Name, In His Image and In His Likeness. We also want to compete at a very high level, we did that as well. We did have a few lulls, but I am pleased with how these players finished. All the teams we faced were upper divisional opponents.

Today Frosh continued their winning streak and took out Webb in straight sets. Winning the second set 25-0.
