We had trouble finding out pace in the first 2 sets. Once we started making our connections and upping our communications, our game improved. Set 3 was a back and fourth game, with some solid play from our team.

Vanden traveled to Pittsburg High School on August 25th. The crew was smaller than we wanted, particularly considering that Pittsburg had 75 players!
Last night was a test for the players, but we fought all the way through. There were many outstanding plays and saves. We have work to do though. We will work on corrections and push our strengths. This is a talented team that needs to gel on and off the court. Once that happens there will be no telling how far they can go!
