It’s playoff time, and West Hills had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 55-48 victory over the Valhalla Norsemen on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Wolf Pack sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
West Hills extended their road winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Malekai Dillon. The Wolf Pack breezed past the El Cajon Valley Braves to the tune of 75-48 on Friday with plenty of help from Dillon, who went 7-for-11 from beyond the arc on his way to 29 points along with six boards and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last five games he's played. The most exciting play of the game came as time expired as Senior Daniel Cholagh hit a long range 3 pointer to a cap a memorable senior season. With the win against the Braves, West Hills clinched their first league title in 19 years! The Wolfpack start their play off run Wednesday at home vs Chula Vista @ 7pm.
West Hills won the last time they faced Grossmont and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolf Pack strolled past the Foothillers with points to spare, taking the game 50-36. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolf Pack.
West Hills won the last time they faced Valhalla and Malekai Dillon did his part to make sure it happened again. The Wolf Pack walked away with a 69-60 win over the Norsemen on Tuesday for which the team can thank Dillon, who shot 69% from the field on his way to 26 points along with six rebounds and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last 15 games he's played. West Hills also came out on top against Valhalla on Tuesday thanks in part to Dru Bullard's efforts. Bullard shot 83% from the field en route to 12 points. The effort marked the highest field goal percentage he has had since back in January of 2025.
