Hawks once again start off the game with Drew Woody dominating on the Mound. Woody finished the game with 4 innings with 9Ks, 2 BB and 1 run. Ben Watsons bat came alive with a 2-4 night with a go ahead rbi double which became the game winning hit. Mason Greenman shuts down Campo hitter in the 8th inning and Robert Napodano closes out the 9th with a 1-2-3 inning and picks up the save for the Hawks.
Highland battled for 9 innings vs Desert Mountain to a 2-2 tie. Brayden Barnes felt for 4 innings to hold off DM. Adam Karafa pitches 3 shutout innings and Alder closes out 8th and 9th in shutout style.
Starter Drew Woody pitched four solid innings and only surrendered 1 run and had 4ks.
