The Lady Eagles Varsity Softball team defeated United Christian Academy 12-0 on Tuesday as defense and pitching locked it down. Tori Marvel pitched four strong innings and also led the Eagles with 6 RBI’s, going 2-4 at the plate. Tori drove in runs on a double in the fourth and a triple in the fifth. Tereise Tosi missed a grand slam by one foot as the ball hit the top of the wall for a 3 RBIS double.

The Lady Eagles improved to 9-2 overall and 4-0 in league play by defeating Capistrano Valley Christian, 11-1. ECHS got on the board in the first inning that started with a monster shot down the line by Ally Ng for a leadoff double. That was followed by hits from Tori Marvel, Aubry Lucero, and Tereise Tosi.
