Laguna Beach vs. Orange game recap

The Laguna Beach Frosh Soph football team ended their season at home with a game against the Orange High School Panthers. The Breakers came out firing with Luca Guzman running the opening kickoff back 85 yards for a touchdown. Steve Torres, and his first game as the starting quarterback, looks great completing over 80% of his passes. Luca Guzman finished the game with three touchdowns. James Nugent caught a crossing pattern pass and ran that in for a score and London Blincoe took a hand off and went about 40 yards for another score. Jax Trotter made four of his five extra points going into the fourth quarter of the game with Laguna leading 34 to 8. Luca Guzman went in at quarterback and threw a quick wide receiver screen to Kane Diez, who took the ball 75 yards for the last touchdown of the game. Orange trying to rally late in the game, threw a pass that Henry Jolley was able to intercept to cap off the final play of the game. Final score, LBHS 41 Orange 8.

The Laguna Beach Breakers took their perfect record to Fred Kelly Stadium to take on the Orange Panthers. The Panthers scored first on a short run to go up seven to nothing, but in the second quarter on a punt the center snapped the ball over the kickers head ending in a safety Laguna Beach.

Another impressive performance to go 8-0!

Laguna Beach High's football team kept their perfect season alive, crushing Aliso Niguel 48-20 in a thrilling showdown. The Breakers, undefeated at 7-0, put it all on display. Charlie Christian sparked the first quarter with a pick-six off the 12-yard line, and Jack Hurst followed up by hitting Wyatt Bogdan for another touchdown off the 25, jumping to a 13-0 lead.

Laguna Beach Breakers Dominate Fountain Valley Barons in 63-18 Rout

Laguna Beach High School’s football team, the Breakers, showcased their offensive prowess in a commanding 63-18 victory over the Fountain Valley Barons on Friday night. Led by quarterback Jack Hurst, who added to his county-leading touchdown pass total, the Breakers overwhelmed their opponents with a dynamic and relentless attack.
