We are very excited for the upcoming season. As a program, we are looking to raise money to help our athletes with the necessary equipment to perform at their peak during the winter season. About Us

West Essex Winter Track is a coed program that helps athletes develop a solid running foundation. We focus on technique to form healthy habits and emphasize safe recovery for athletes to reach their full potential. We compete in the Liberty Division and SEC Conference as well as the NJSIAA North II Group II Section.
