Husky Bingo
Mark your calendars for our upcoming Bingo Night. Please note the date change! New Date: September 22nd!
Margo McDowell will be at the field on 9/10 from 7:00 – 8:00, 9/11 and 9/12 from 4:30 – 5:30 to collect game sponsorships, gift cards, or basket donations.
Suzi Nash will be at the field on 9/10 from 4pm-6:30pm, 9/12 5:30pm - 8pm to collect game sponsorships, gift cards, or basket donations.
Our Annual Bingo Night is one of our biggest and best fundraisers of the YEAR!! It will not be a success without your generous donations. It is coming up quickly and we sure could use your help. We could use some help with the following donations. We are asking each player to donate a $25 gift card in the categories listed below.
Freshmen - Retail Cards (Old Navy, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, etc.)
Sophomores - Gas Cards (Mobile, Chevron, Shell, etc.)
Juniors - Movie Tickets (Regal, AMC, Starlight Dos Lagos, etc.)
Seniors - Restaurants, Fast Food
Can you help with making a basket donation? We have some basket donation ideas: Get Away, School Supplies, Night Out, Pamper, Sports, Candles, Golfing, Massage, Kitchen/Cooking, so many fun ideas. If you can donate items for a basket, please drop them off to a board member as well during one of the dates and times listed above.
Finally, we are asking each grade level to sponsor a $100 Bingo game. All sponsorships collected will go towards the winners of the Bingo games. Your grade level will be mentioned and thanked during Bingo Night.
If you would like to sponsor a game as a family or business, please let a board member know.
The grade level that brings in those most money from game sponsorships and gift cards will receive an ice cream party the week of 9/24.
