About Us

The Shelton High School Lacrosse Program consists of a varsity and junior varsity team. We compete in the highly competitive Southern Connecticut Conference (SCC), with some non conference game also scheduled. Each day, we look to make improvements to be able to compete on the field and play tough Gael Lacrosse!
