Josh “Coach Flo” Flores is a 13-year employee of D49, where he is currently teaching Physical Education and Student Council. Coach Flo has been coaching Football, Wrestling and Baseball for 20 plus years. Most recently as the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for Falcon Football. Before that he was on staff at Rampart High School (1993-1998 & 2014-2019), Falcon (2012 -2014 & 2019-present) and Estes Park (2009 to 2012). As a head coach “Coach Flo” will be continuing his commitment to developing the “total student athlete”. He is a dedicated father, husband to his wife of 30 years, and his three boys all of which are alumni of FHS, class of 2010, 2014 and 2016.

Coach Hall has been at Falcon since the fall of 2007 as a Social Studies teacher and coach. In his first year as ann assistant coach the Falcons went 13-1 as a varsity team. Hall has since contributed to success in other sports programs in the school such as wrestling and track.
