We recently analyzed our fundraising efforts and discovered we had many (nearly 50%) who met the minimum requirement of placing 20 contacts into Blast Athletics but had not received any donations. Inversely, we had several cadets who have received donations but lacked the required 10 contacts per semester as part of our fundraising criteria for promotions and airman battlefield uniforms.

Based upon discussion and recommendation from flight commanders and corp staff, I am going to modify our fundraising criteria to ensure we recognized those who have successfully generated funds, which is the principal goal of a fundraising campaign.

You can meet the fundraising criteria with any of the below ways:
Place 20 contacts into Blast Athletics (10 at the beginning of each semester)
Or
Receive $150.00 or more in donations
Or
Donate $10.00 for each missing contact you have till you reach 20
Once any you have placed 20 contacts or received $150.00 in donations, you will immediately be eligible under the fundraising criteria.
Based on this change in policy, we will immediately have another 9 cadets eligible for promotions and ABUs. Currently, we have 37 out of 98 cadets who have met the fundraising criteria.
