I am the Manager of my son Brody’s AAA team and will be helping out with my daughter Taylor’s T-ball team. After two season of Assistant Coach, I decided it was time to take on the head coach role. I am an elected member of the IRLL Board of Directors, am the Equipment Manager and on the Marketing/Sponsorship team. My coaching philosophy is to prioritize character, confidence and skill building over winning or losing. I believe that winning games is a byproduct of my philosophy and not the goal. I like to reward great effort and attitude. The 2019 Spring season should be a great season!! Go Pirates and Cardinals
