To ensure we do not have any issues with the San Jose team coming in this weekend, ALL players are required to provide their original copy Birth Certificate.

These athletes from the San Jose area ALL have State ID’s for verification therefore they’d like us to provide original copies of birth certificates since we do not have state ID’s for our athletes.

Please bring it with you this weekend and we’ll return it after the game. If you are unable to provide the original copy, your child will not be able to participate.
