Before I go into the Team Meeting Info, I am super excited to share that your new 12U Team Moms who’ve graciously volunteered to help out for the rest of the season is Ms. Niki Mack & Ms. Christine Gora-Randell.

Ms. Niki will be managing of all the Blast messages for your team, so please look out for info from her moving forward.

Thank you to all of you for making it to our parent meeting last night. As mentioned in our meeting, our 12U will be traveling on Oct. 5th with our Strong Fam to Los Angeles. Game details TBA. This is a turnaround trip.

On Oct 12th, our 12U will be playing against the #2 team in the nation and then Sunday Oct 13th, we’ll go up against the #1 team in the nation. This means we will stay overnight in California for this trip. Our coaches would like to leave on Friday evening Oct 11th, to ensure our boys get a good nights rest to better prepare for Saturday’s game so we’re looking at 2 night stay at a hotel.

The majority has agreed to fundraise for this trip therefore our 12U will have a Plate Sale Fundraiser this Saturday Sept. 28 at Sierra Vista HS. Our Goal for this trip to is to cover all lodging and food expenses. With that being said, each player will be responsible to sell (10) tickets. You can either sell all of your tickets or you must pay for the unsold tickets. All monies must be turned into our Camp Treasurer.

Please let me know by Thursday how many tickets have been pre-sold. If for whatever reason we fall short of our goal, we will leave Saturday early morning and have 1 night stay at the hotel.
