Please check the list below to be sure you have submitted all the requirements for your player(s) to be eligible to play!

All may done online at your convenience through your player's accounts. If you have trouble loading documents to the account, you can email them to: [email protected]

Anyone needing assistance or wanting to complete in person may come down to the office either tonight, Thursday or Friday evening 6-8pm.
