Luau Fundraiser
Aloha! Parents
Upon selling the Luau Tickets they are number with double numbers. On the left side is what is given to the guests that paid or donated to your child fundraiser (Purple side) and the right side (Blue) side with the same ticket # gets handed in along with the payment. Money is due 7/22/19 If your Guest shows up and we don’t have the paid blue ticket they will be asked at the door for verification payment. Team mom will be collecting payment and handing out receipts. See team mom everyday at practice between Monday through Thursday from 2:00 - 6:30 pm on Friday 4pm to 6:30 pm. Please see photos below. All tickets was given 5 tickets each. Parents if you don’t see the Team mom there in weight room 2nd door on the left.
