Good Morning, MoHS football parents:

We have our second fundraiser quickly approaching so we are looking to completely close out this current kalua pig fundraiser as soon as possible. Our team moms have worked extremely hard in planning all activities and fundraisers in a particular sequence. Due dates and deadlines are given for a specific reason. Please be sure to make it a priority to meet these deadlines. With that being said, the deadline for all monies from the kalua pig ticket sales was initially set for TODAY, May 15th. However, there are many of you who have yet to submit your envelopes (I will be sending a separate message with a list of those whose monies we have already received). Therefore, we have decided to extend the deadline to this FRIDAY, May 17th. If monies are not turned in by that day, team moms will be calling parents and will be requiring full payment of the mandatory (10) tickets per player. Also, some of you have been submitting money without the envelopes. Please note that it is mandatory to submit all monies WITH the envelope previously provided to you, as these envelopes will be used to return kalua pig tickets back to you. These envelopes are being used to keep track and account for all monies and tickets being exchanged. Initials are required on these envelopes to confirm each exchange made. If you have previously submitted money without the envelope, please turn in your envelopes to Leila no later than the final deadline on FRIDAY, May 17th.

I have been made aware that there are some parents who want to submit their money directly to Leila. You may do so during our daily practice times; she is at every practice ready to collect any and all submissions.
