1. League Balances:

Equipment Deposit
$100 equipment deposit if checking out league equipment. (Blank check/cash will not be cashed unless equipment is not returned.)

o League Fundraiser
$100 League Fundraiser due by August 14th. If not completed player will not be allowed to practice or play until met.

(This goes directly to the league. You can choose to sell the Dice Tickets online or pay out of pocket.) The Link is below.

2. Required Out of Pocket Expenses:

o Start-up Fee
$50 Startup: This will pay for Team Hoodie, Practice Jersey and Socks

o Team Fundraiser $100
$100 is due by October 1st to pay for Banquet and Gifts. If you would like to fundraise by selling chocolate and other stuff we have options available. Please see us in person to discuss. Remember This fee is for our Team banquet and gifts for the kids so we want to raise as much as possible. We will also be selling food and drinks during some practices.

You also have the option to Buy Out for $100.00
