First and foremost thank you to all the parents who was in attendance at tonight’s meeting.

A recap of what was covered and additional information:

💙Player Attendance: Moving forward attendance is MANDATORY for every practice and fundraiser. If your player will be absent for a school function or sick it has to be noted by myself or Vanna.

💙Plate Sale Fundraiser: Each player will be required to sell 10 tickets. Each ticket is $10.00 (total $100.00) per player. In addition each player will be required to pay $30 for the items for the plate sell due by Thursday November 14th at practice. Start selling now and we will get the tickets distributed this week.

🚨Menu Items: Garlic Chicken, Pulled Pork, Noddles, Rice, and Salad.

💙Water Drive Fundraiser: Each player will be required to supply one case of water for the water drive. The case of water can be turned in anytime until Saturday at the Championship Game.

💙We are asking that 15 players go to MGM Grand for the water drive and the remaining 10 players be available to assist with the plate sell. Additional details to be released as they are confirmed. If your player goes to the water drive please bring the water/ice on Sunday.

💙Travel Bags: We will be issuing travel bags for the battle tournament. Please reply who needs a travel bag.

💙YNC Tournament: Dec 11 - Dec 15 (Leaving Tuesday night Dec 10 and returning Monday Morning Dec 16) additional details to come regarding flight times, hotels, etc.

🖤Parents we ask that you bare with us for the details for travel. As they are confirmed they will be released. We need everyone’s full participation to get these boys and Payton to Florida.
