Hello everyone. I was messaging to get some feedback as well as put some information out about the upcoming season. The plan is to start the end of this month(Feb), and go until the beginning of May.
I am excited to continue our progress this upcoming season, but I do feel there are a few changes that I would like us to consider, and I'd like some feedback from the team/parents.

1) I am working on getting us almost solely out at the Revere including for range days, and now that we are a bit further along, I also would like to set up certain days(likely weekend afternoons) to get us out on the course for 3, 6, or 9 hole scrimmages. If this happens, is our team prepared to do some fundraising to help offset this cost to the school? If not, then we will still end up going out to Siena 1 or 2 days a week.

2) I would like to take some of our practices to work with different small groups of individuals so that players can know really what to work on. Different players have different things they need to focus on, and I feel this would help. I feel I was a bit limited at times to help out some individuals, and I feel that more 1 on 1 interactions would help out greatly. I would like to take some practice time (maybe 1 per week), and work with only 2-4 different players at a time. The other players could still practice, but it would be on their own.

3) I also thought that some players were a bit burnt out by the 5 days a week of practice. I was wondering if people would rather have 3-4 formal practice days a week, and then hopefully have the occasional scrimmages as the season goes on? I am still open to going 5 days a week if that's what everyone wants to do. If we are going to do less than 5 days a week, I would also like to know which days would work best for everyone's' schedule. Also, even if we do less than 5 days, players can of course still go to the course, and practice.

So I can plan the budget(hopefully for Revere), I need a headcount.
Who is planning to play for our team this season?

All comments are welcome and appreciated.
