El Modena Girls Soccer Booster Board Nominations
DO YOU HAVE SOME SUPER IDEAS FOR HOW TO SUPPORT OUR GIRLS? IF SO, CONSIDER BECOMING A BOOSTER CLUB OFFICER!
Nominate someone you know or nominate yourself!
Join the Booster Club Board so you can decide how to raise funds, build community, and help support our athletic program. Many of our current volunteers are parents of athletes who are graduating so our club really needs YOUR help!
Fill out the Google Form below (you can fill out this form multiple times) for each person you wish to nominate - yourself, a friend, or both! Term of office will be from June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021.
The following positions are open to accept nominations for the Executive Board of Officers for the El Modena Girls Soccer Booster Club.
President (1): Sets schedules, agendas and goals for the year; oversees all events, meetings and committee chairs. Sets budget for the year and communicates with booster club members and coaching staff.
Vice President (1): Assists president where needed. In the past, the Vice President helped to obtain sponsors. This position could involve communication/organization regarding player donations and/or working with the Spirit Wear Committee Chair.
Treasurer (1): Make deposits, keep records for the receipt and disbursement of all monies, review an annual budget, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting. Prepare an annual financial report, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Membership and Board Directors at the Annual Meeting.
If you are interested in one of these positions, please click on the Google Form link below. You will be contacted by the nomination committee to discuss the position/commitment. Final names will be placed on the slate of officers list, which will be voted on at the next meeting. The vote to elect the executive board will be a Zoom meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2020, 7:00PM.
Nominations are due by May 21.
