Now that we all have had a few weeks since the season ended, I wanted to give you the 7th Period Workout Schedule. The schedule is also posted on our website at: https://www.whsgirlsbasketball.com/calendar

Starting in March we will be in the gym 2x per week and on the Football Field 1x per week.

March:

18, 20, 25, 27 – Gym from 2:00-3:00pm
23, 30 – FB Field from 2:00-3:00pm

April:

1, 3, 8, 22, 24, 29 – Gym from 2:00-3:00pm
6, 20, 27 – FB Field from 2:00-3:00pm

May:

4, 11, 18 – FB Field from 2:00-3:00pm
20, 27, 29 – Gym from 2:00-3:00pm

** If your daughter is in a Spring Sport for Westlake, she is to report to her Spring Sport during 7th period. If she is not in a Spring Sport, then she needs to be at these workouts **

*** On Gym Days, the girls need to bring their practice jersey with them for scrimmages. They do not need their shorts for Spring ***
