Head Coach Scale Leadership Academy 2015-Present Developed of winning varsity athletic program including recruitment of players within district, supervision of coaching staff, and established a reputation as a coach that sets the highest standards for achievement on the court and in the classroom. Developed and monitored study hall for student athletes, created practice schedules and game plans, scouted opposing teams and established key strategies for wins over ranked opponents. Completed administrative duties in a timely and professional manner. Created strong ties with the faculty and staff at Scale Leadership Academy by contributing to committee work, volunteer work, and school fundraising events.
