Hello, my name is Doug Collins and I am the Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach at Pacifica High School. I am also a Social Science teacher. I am beyond blessed to be here at Pacifica HS. I have been coaching High School, Junior College, and AAU basketball since the early '90s. I played at Ventura HS and Oxnard College way back in the day. We are building a program here at PHS to not only compete for league titles but also to win a CIF title. As of Jan 20, 2021, our season is still on. We are scheduled to start playing in Mid march. Of course we are waiting on the State to open us back on. But I am planning on having a season. I have been married for 40 years to my wife Jonni and we have 4 children, all boys.
