Big Lou Memorial Fund
The community has been so generous to ask what they could do to recognize Big Lou or help his family. The family’s wish is that we honor his legacy to support the young athletes at Charter Oak High School. During his life, Coach Farrar did everything he could to care for his team on a material and emotional level. He would appreciate any donations in his honor go directly to the Charger Football program. It was critically important to him to provide for his athletes – from helmets to keep them safe, to spirit packs and cleats when they were needed, to lunches and holiday meals for those who couldn’t afford them. Any donations will go in full to the program as Blast Athletics is waiving their fees in honor of Big Lou. Thank you for your love and support!
