I hope all of you are doing well. I sure miss seeing you guys. Last week was our Spring Break so I didn't post any workouts or running. I know you don't have access to some of the equipment to lift but hopefully you are able to improvise. These are unprecedented times and your health should be your #1 priority. I am hopeful that we all be back together in June. Reminder to please text your position coach when you complete a lifting and running session. Stay safe and I miss you.
