Parents,

As we discuss in our previous meeting, to form the ALL IN Parent Committee we’re looking for volunteers for the following lead positions:

President
-Liaisons for coach and team leads
-Organize committee meetings
-Formulate a budget plan
-Track raising of funds vs budget plan

Vice President
-Assists President

Fundraising Lead
-Gathering fundraising ideas
-Coordinating fundraising events
-Collect and track donations from fundraising events

Game Day Crew Lead
-Scheduling game day volunteers (i.e. chain crew, 50/50 sellers, program sellers, spirit wear seller, photographer)
-Collecting and track funds from 50/50, spirit wear, program sales

Snacks/Pre-Game Meals/Banquet Lead
-Ordering and coordinating of delivery for snacks and drinks for camps/competitions/clinics. Also for pre-game meals
-Coordinating the End-of-Season Banquet

Media Lead
-Maintains social media sites for teams
-Schedules photographer, videographer for games, practices, camps, etc.

Spirit Wear/Program Lead
-Designing/ ordering spirit wear products
-Program creation/revision and ordering

Community Service Lead
-Scheduling and leading community service events for the team

We will be voting in the lead positions next meeting; however, there will be multiple volunteers needed in each of the teams to make this entire parent committee work!
