Morning everyone, hope all is well. I have updates regarding our 2020-2021 season. Update about our season: CIF Southern Section has canceled FALL playoffs and section championships for the 2021 season. What does this mean: The season is NOT, I REPEAT NOT officially canceled. CIF only canceled playoffs and championships for fall sports to allow adjustments to be made to have games when we’re allowed to play. For football, games must be played and ended by April 17th. Next steps: I will continue to work & gather information from our Athletic director and school district on the next steps for our program. My thoughts: Business as usual, we will continue to control what we can control and thats doing what we’ve been doing keeping our program progressing in all phases. I know this may seem discouraging and I’m sure this has been draining to all. However, I believe going through this has made us stronger to be abled to get through anything as long as we continue to stick together. I’m proud of the way everyone has responded through everything. I hope we all can take the biggest lesson from these times and that’s continue to be resilient and persistent through tough times.
