This needs to be done by tomorrow before practice so your player can be cleared before our first game. Your player is not cleared until approved by our Athletic Secretary Lissa Kukahiko. Your confirmation page from Athleticclearance.com AND a copy of your physical must be EMAILED to Lissa at [email protected]. Coach is working on having someone do physicals on Thursday.
