Hello Rams, I hope you enjoyed your time off. The new season starts NOW! We will follow our calendar starting with workouts tomorrow morning with the A group at 6am. We will lift as a team (both A and B groups) at 2:30pm. Every player in our program including injured and ineligible players are expected to attend, injured players are only expected to attend the afternoon lifts. If you are in another sport, you are still expected to meet at 6am. REMEMBER always have running shoes, cleats and wear Millikan gear everyday. The first two days we will be testing to get a baseline idea of each player speed and strength. Monday and Tuesday mornings of this week players will be tested in a 40 yard dash. Im excited to start our new season as the future is very bright with such a young talented team. Show up ready to work and get better everyday! Attached please find a list of the A/B groups. If you are not listed please let me know asap. Lastly, Morning workouts are 6am - 7:15am and afternoon workouts are 2:30pm - 3:45pm. I will open the locker room daily for players to change. WinTheDay
