OK Bears, so the evening groups this week will be practicing Monday through Thursday now from 6 to 7pm. When you arrive you will be put into your normal groups and then 3 groups will be sent to different areas. Weightroom, Plyos on Pool Deck by Wrestling Room and the last group will go to the Sled Field by the Hill. We will be doing about 30 minutes of Conditioning and then skill specific drills for the last part of session. Some of you will be changing groups and we will let you know when you get there tomorrow. If you miss then you will be put in the extra group so make sure you are present to be put in a more specific group. No Exceptions. Coaches start planning your skill specific drills. The Oline and Dline will be in weightroom and Pool Deck to start and the LB's will be on Sled Field starting tomorrow. QB's, RB's, WR's and DB's will be in the 4 corners of the field to begin. If you have been showing up at 5pm then you will continue to do so this week. See you guys all tomorrow night.
