Please let us know if you do not have a workout group and time (see previous bulletin). We will start workouts this week on Wednesday. This will be the first opportunity for us to see your athleticism on display. Make sure you are preparing yourself by drinking water throughout the entire day (not just right before/during workout, eating regular meals throughout the day, and getting enough rest.

Before we begin workouts, athletes must register for the SWAY app. Follow the directions attached to this post below. This is where players will fill out their daily COVID-19 health screening. Remember to always be a good teammate and don't report to the school if you have any symptoms or contact related to COVID-19.
