COACH ANDRAE ROWE 18 years overall coaching experience; served an integral part in leading Atlantic High School 27-4 (competed in Florida state Title finals in 2017) lead program to a three time over all District Champships 8A and now 7A.. Also lead Abilene Christian University into NCAA FCS D1AA Southland Conference. Integral part in leading Navarro College to the 2010 NJCAA National Championship; played and coached under legendary head coach Bill Snyder; has established a proven track record of developing Football Programs; a tireless worker and effective communicator; determined to instill in His student athletes the 16 goals of success. He started his coaching career as the Defensive Coordinator spear-heading the defensive line efforts at Boca Raton High School in Florida; The same school where He was a Top 100 Blue-Chip All-American Defensive Lineman in ’94-’95. Under his direction they were able to turn a 3-7 football team to 9-1 that went on to a 2nd place finish in district 5A. After leaving Boca Raton High School, Coach Rowe joined Head Coach Jeff Sims at Fort Scott Community College as the Defensive Run Game Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach. With a tough defensive approach they were able to complete an undefeated regular season. Fort Scott went on to its 1st N.J.C.A.A. Hot Bowl appearance, bringing home the trophy with a dominating defensive performance that started upfront. When Coach Bill Snyder returned to Kansas State University in 2009, the legendary head coach invited Coach Rowe back to his Alma Mater to work as a Student Assistant coach. Coach Rowe provided direction to a young defensive line group and was part of what many believe was to be the 2nd greatest turn-around in college football history. His role allowed him to wear many different hats. This included recruiting that utilized his strengths for building relationships and expanding his knowledge in data management systems to track up-and-coming student athletes. Coach Rowe was hired on full time as Linebacker Coach and Co-Run Game Coordinator at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. With a #1 ranked defense we finished with an 11-1 record and became Region XIV Conference Champions. Navarro went on to win its first National Championship since 1989 and became the #1 ranked team in the final NJCAA football Top 20 poll. Rowe earned a Associates of Arts from Fort Scott Community College 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Kansas State University 1999. He and his wife, Kira, have two kids, Quincy and Briley.
