This week we will start our Pre-Season "Open Gym" Strength & Conditioning Sessions. We will start with two days per week in December and add a day each month until the season starts (February 22nd). While these workouts are voluntary, it is highly encouraged that you attend unless you are training (consistently) elsewhere or participating in a Winter Sport. This opportunity is for ALL event groups: Sprinters, Jumpers, Distance & Throwers. Days: Mondays & Tuesdays Time: 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM Where: Weight Room Who: Open to anyone NOT participating in a Winter Sport
