Pre-Season Speed, Strength & Conditioning
Next week we will resume our Pre-Season "Open Gym" Speed, Strength & Conditioning Sessions. We will be meeting Monday - Wednesday 3:15pm - 4:30pm.
While these workouts are voluntary, it is highly encouraged that you attend unless you are training (consistently) elsewhere or participating in a Winter Sport.
This opportunity is for ALL event groups: Sprinters, Jumpers, Distance & Throwers.
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Time: 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Where: Weight Room
Who: Open to anyone NOT participating in a Winter Sport
