Good Afternoon, We are going to move our spring workouts back to Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 3:00 pm. The weight room was a little crowded when we were with the football team so I asked to be moved to a different slot. I need for everyone that can make it to workouts to do so starting this Wednesday April 21st. These workouts are for all of our team members that are not playing a spring sport. Several people have expressed interest in mountain biking and I would like to start next week, Tuesday April 27. I would like to have a Zoom meeting with everyone that is interested in riding this Thursday night to work out details. Please let me know so I can send you the Zoom link.
